Paul is a seasoned telecoms executive with 20 years of experience in the industry: after working for AT&T in management positions in various locations around the world, he was one of the first  directors at Vodafone in the Netherlands, responsible for its corporate business.

Previously he has been instrumental in the expansion of fiber to the home as the MD of Emtelle and founding President of the Fiber to the Home Council Europe.

Hans is an experienced finance manager, having spent 25 years in financial functions in various industies such as semiconductors (ASM International), biotechnology (Applied Biosystems), and solar energy (Solland Solar).

The last 10 year Hans has been focused on mergers and aquisitions in the SME market as well as fundraising and businessplanning for technology start-ups.

Frans is one of the Founders of Intivation and has managed the company for the past 4 years. Currently he resides in Hong Kong to set up and oversee the company's business in Asia. 

Frans has over 8 years experience in starting up companies and "getting the thing started". Prior to Intivation Frans co-founded software company SmartHaven where he was CEO for 3 years, until it was sold to Quote Media.
Frans has a background in business economics and studied in the Netherlands and Japan.

He has several years of experience in B2B marketing and has previously worked as an innovation consultant advising SMEs on market strategies, business models and branding issues. He has degrees in applied physics and innovation management.
