Boele de Bie
CEO
Boele has joined Intivation recently as CEO and brings along over twenty years of experience in the consumer electronics and semiconductor industries, with companies such as Philips Electronics.
Most of his creativity has been spent on growing emerging businesses, and he lived with his family in Japan, China and Singapore. Boele has a background in business administration and engineering and studied in the USA and the Netherlands.

Anne Osinga
CTO
Anne founded Intivation and rejoined recently as CTO. He brings over fifteen years of experience in product development in consumer products and industrial processes, with companies such as Hunter Douglas.
Most of his innovations have been in wireless electronics, coatings and solar powered product development. Anne has a background in business development, process technology and chemical engineering and studied in the Netherlands.

Frans Biegstraaten
CCO
Frans is a co-founders of Intivation and has managed the company for the first 6 years. Currently he resides in Hong Kong to oversee the company’s business in Asia.
Frans is an entrepreneur with over 13 years experience in an international environment. Frans has been a key person at the birth of two new companies that he co-founded; SmartHaven in 1999 (sold to Quote Media Group in 2022), and Intivation in 2003. Frans has a background in business economics in both the Netherlands and Japan. Having spent over 8 years of doing business in Asia, of which nearly 4 years as a resident, Frans understands cultural differences between countries and individuals and has proven to be able to navigate in these sometimes complex environments.
